Lead routing and distributionBuild it once,
run it all day.

Delivery groups, buyers, smart filters and caps, all on one campaign. Change any of it while leads are flowing, and every change is recorded.

What you get

What you can set on a campaign.

Waterfall routing

Delivery groups run in priority order. Inside each group, buyers are tried by priority, in turn or by weight, and a lead can be sold to more than one buyer.

Caps, active days and hours

Daily, weekly and monthly caps on every group and every buyer, reset at UK midnight. Choose which days each buyer takes leads.

Smart filters

Decide which buyers see which leads, by any field, postcode, day of the week, buyer history or a reference list, combined with AND / OR.

Delivery groups

Your waterfall, on one screen.

Put buyers into delivery groups, set the order groups run in, and choose how each group shares its leads. Edits take effect straight away, with no downtime, and the audit log records who changed what, with before and after values.

  • Priority, round-robin or weighted distribution in each group, with a group weight and an optional delay.
  • Multi-sell: set how many buyers in a group should receive each lead.
  • Per-buyer settings: price override, priority, weight, caps, active days and hours, HLR and email checks, and suppression against other campaigns.
  • An API key per campaign, with ready-made curl, JavaScript and Python snippets for your suppliers.

Smart filters

Choose which leads each buyer gets.

Filters sit on delivery groups and on individual buyers. A lead that doesn't match skips that group or buyer and carries on down the waterfall, and the reason is recorded against the lead.

  • Field rules: equals, contains, starts with, in a list, number ranges, regex, empty or not empty.
  • Location, day and buyer history: match postcodes or any location field, weekdays or weekends, and whether a buyer has already had the lead.
  • Reference lists: allow or block leads that match a list you've uploaded, such as UPRNs or postcodes.
  • Fail closed: if a filter can't be checked, the lead isn't sent.

Caps, days & hours

Send leads when buyers can take them.

Give every delivery group and every buyer daily, weekly and monthly caps. When a buyer is full, it's skipped and the next one gets the lead, with no manual juggling.

  • Caps reset at UK midnight: daily caps every night, weekly on Monday and monthly on the 1st. You can reset a cap by hand too.
  • Active days and hours per buyer, so a buyer that only works weekdays, 9 to 6, never gets a Saturday or late-night lead.
  • Push alerts when a buyer is close to or hits its cap.

Campaigns FAQ

How long does it take to set up a campaign?

A simple campaign, with an endpoint for your supplier and a couple of buyers, can be set up in one sitting. Our UK team will help you set up your first one.

Can I change a campaign while it's live?

Yes. Changes to groups, buyers, filters and caps take effect straight away, without pausing the campaign. Every change is recorded in the audit log with who made it and the before and after values.

How do delivery groups work together?

Groups run in priority order. Inside a group, buyers are tried by priority, in turn or by weight. If a buyer is capped, filtered out, rejects the lead or doesn't respond in time, the next buyer gets it. Set how many buyers in a group should receive each lead if you sell leads more than once.

What can smart filters match on?

Any field on the lead (equals, contains, starts with, lists, number ranges, regex), location fields such as postcode, weekdays or weekends, lead and delivery status, whether a buyer has had the lead before, and reference lists you upload. Combine them with AND / OR.

When do caps reset?

At UK midnight: daily caps every night, weekly caps on Monday and monthly caps on the 1st, including across the switch to and from BST. You can also reset a cap by hand at any time.
