Changelog

What has
shipped.

Changes to the platform that you can see and use, grouped by month with the newest at the top. Taken from our development history, which starts in February 2026.

September 2026 10 Sep 2026
New

Address lookups for the UK.

Look up every delivery point in a UK postcode, with its UDPRN, from the Postcode Address File. Leads now keep that delivery point identifier rather than having it worked out again later.

September 2026 8 Sep 2026
New

Files: formulas, undo and comparing files.

Files now has a formula bar with completions, a column you can fill from a formula, undo with Cmd+Z and the keyboard shortcuts spreadsheet users expect. Right-click a cell to filter by its value, including contains, greater than and less than.

Compare a file with another and keep either side, find the leads living in a file's postcodes, and match on house number as well as postcode.

September 2026 6 Sep 2026
Improved

Alerts that say which leads count.

A new-lead alert rule can now say which leads it counts, so duplicates and other outcomes are handled the same way whichever stage caught them. Every push notification names the campaign, and new-lead notifications name the lead. Rules can be edited on the web and set up from the iOS app.

September 2026 4 Sep 2026
New

Suppression lists that arrive hashed.

A campaign can record whether a suppression list holds plain values, MD5 or SHA-256 digests, and incoming leads are hashed the same way before they are compared. Emails are trimmed and lower-cased first, and phone numbers are checked in every common UK format.

In Files you can hash any column into MD5 or SHA-256 to build a list in the same format.

September 2026 2 Sep 2026
New Fixed

A rebuilt web app.

The web app has been rebuilt and the old one retired. Reports are organised around the lead funnel, per campaign as well as overall. The leads page has bulk selection and a filter toolbar, and you can return or redistribute a lead from its detail view. Settings covers per-user permissions and full organisation editing.

Returning a lead now takes its revenue back off and marks it unsold, so returned leads no longer count towards earnings in reports.

August 2026 30 Aug 2026
New

Files: open a CSV of any size.

Open an imported CSV that is too big for Excel straight from the import it came in on. The browser is never sent the whole file: each upload is converted once into Parquet and the viewer reads one page at a time.

Sort, filter, edit cells, remove duplicates, add calculated columns and suppress against another file. Every change is saved as a new version you can open, restore or download as CSV, and you can import a file into a campaign or HLR-check a column from the same screen.

August 2026 28 Aug 2026
New

Match leads against a reference list.

A new routing filter checks whether a lead's value for any field already exists in another campaign, and either lets it through or blocks it. That covers allow-lists and suppression-style lists alike, such as a client's list of eligible UPRNs. Reference campaigns can be imported without email or phone.

Routing can also filter on lead status, buyer history and rejection reason, and supplier logins are now scoped to their own supplier.

August 2026 14 Aug 2026
New Improved

UPRN lookup and better number checks.

Resolve a postcode and address line to a UPRN, so landing pages can attach it to energy leads as they are submitted. Number checks now keep a history, let you pick the phone column yourself and offer a clean download of just the numbers that passed. The leads list can be filtered by phone verification status.

July 2026 30 Jul 2026
Improved

Live progress on imports and number checks.

Imports show rows processed as they go, and number checks show how many have been checked so far with a running live and dead count. Tabs and lead detail views now have their own addresses, so the browser’s back button and bookmarks work.

July 2026 23 Jul 2026
New

Buyer logins, API key enforcement and 2FA on iOS.

A buyer can now have a login that shows only their own leads, reports and figures, assigned by an admin. Each campaign can require a valid API key on lead submission, and every lead's detail view shows the full incoming request it arrived with.

The iOS app now supports two-factor sign-in.

June 2026 13 Jun 2026
New Fixed

Phone validation fixed, and a CSV number checker.

HLR phone validation now runs against the provider's current API, with numbers converted to international format first and network details shown on the lead. Upload a CSV to check a list of numbers without importing them, and download the results with each number's status and network.

May 2026 20 May 2026
New

Two-factor sign-in, lead editing and exports.

Sign-in now uses two-factor authentication by default. Users can see and revoke their active sessions, and admins choose whether 2FA is required across the organisation. A supplier role limits a login to the campaigns it is given.

Edit a lead and redistribute it in place, export any filtered set of leads as CSV, and review an audit log of admin actions. Each import has a detailed report of what happened to its rows.

April 2026 21 Apr 2026
New Improved

Our own servers and a new iOS app.

Hawfinch moved from Cloudflare Workers onto its own managed servers in London, including the CSV import system. A rewritten iOS app shipped alongside, with push notifications for alert rules. Reports and lead times now follow London time, including during British Summer Time.

March 2026 6 Mar 2026
New

Group caps and weighted splits.

Route groups can have daily, weekly and monthly caps and split leads by weight between destinations, and destinations can be limited to set hours.

February 2026 27 Feb 2026
New

Destination caps, redistribution and large imports.

Destinations can have daily, weekly and monthly caps and set days they receive leads. Select leads and redistribute them, choosing which checks to skip, and see every routing attempt in a distribution log. CSV imports handle files of over a million rows, with upload progress and the option to resume an interrupted upload.
